EMCA worked as local destination managers and logistic partners of IC Publications to deliver a superior quality event for client; Africa Finance Corporation. From airport protocol  services, to individual local transportation of each guest which included Presidents, Ambassadors, Ministers, top business leaders and other important personalities and thought leaders to sourcing, creating, costing and running 2 dinner events .

We delivered superior quality services that helped to manage and coordinate the flow of the events which included two plenary sessions, several breakout sessions and 2 VIP dinners at the Dunes Centre after the summit each day. Our logistics & implementation team also provided an efficient and secure transportation vehicles for over 700 guests to the dinner venue and then to their respective hotels.
